REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2025-26 dance season is now open!

How to register: 

1. View our Recreational class schedule listed by day/time/age/genre.
2. Download our registration form below.
3. Fill out the registration form, complete with student/parent info & selected classes.
4. Please review our tuition pricing tab to reference class costs for the season.
5. Submit a copy of your filled out form via email to mastersofdance@sbcglobal.net or you may bring in a filled out copy of the form to turn into our front desk during Summer office hours.

Registration Fees due on day of sign-up (per dancer):

1.  $20 Registration Fee
2. $25 Costume Deposit

        =$45 (one student) or $90 (two students) etc.

Please note that registration/costume deposits are non-refundable.
