REGISTRATION

If you choose to register online, registration forms can be sent via email to mastersofdance@sbcglobal.net. You will just need to give authorization to run any required payments from your payment information listed on the last page of the form. 

Due at Registration:

$20 Registration fee, $25 Costume Deposit & current month Tuition.

Tuition runs automatically on the 7th of each month.
